Our client is searching for a Global Capacity Center (GCC) Project Manager for a remote position.

***All candidates must have experience managing the buildout of Global Capacity Center/Global Capability Center projects internationally. This includes planning, building, and implementing GCC’s internationally***

This is not IT work. This work focuses on building out hubs in global locations.

Our client is looking to bring on a group of experienced Project Execution Managers who have experience building out Global Capability Centers around the world. This group will lead the planning and build out of various GCCs at multiple international locations and will serve as the primary problem solving and execution team for these projects. They will be tasked with understanding and executing all aspects of what is needed to build out the GCCs and how to accomplish it, including, but not limited to: technical buildouts, property acquisition and management, construction, legal requirements, insurance and risk, compliance, etc.*All candidates must have experience managing the buildout of Global Capacity Center/Global Capability Center projects internationally. International Global Capability Center Project Manager (W2)

Key Responsibilities

Day to day duties include:

  • Program Support & Coordination: Assist in the execution of the global GCC roadmap, including site setup, transitions, and operational launch activities. Track timelines, status updates, and key milestones.
  • Site Readiness & Logistics: Coordinate with Real Estate, Finance, and local teams to support the operational setup of new sites. Help manage lease timelines, occupancy tracking, and readiness planning.
  • Process Implementation: Support the implementation of scalable operational processes in alignment with the global GCC strategy. Ensure documentation, tools, and governance models are effectively adopted, and frameworks created for repeatable success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams in HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and local site leadership to help ensure operational alignment and readiness.
  • Governance & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, risk registers, and operational reports. Support the development of dashboards and updates for leadership.
