Dana James at Robert Half Finance & Accounting is partnering with a multinational organization to recruit a Sr. Director of Shared Services. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team with exceptionally low turnover and a strong culture of flexibility and support.

Sr. Director Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead global Shared Services operations, including Accounts Receivable/Collections, Accounts Payable, and Billing functions
  • Manage and develop a global Shared Services team while ensuring process efficiency and scalability
  • Drive process automation and leverage system tools to optimize performance
  • Lead and manage Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partnerships
  • Ensure best practices, compliance, and operational excellence across all functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to support organizational goals

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; CPA a strong plus
  • Significant leadership experience in a global Shared Services environment, with oversight of both AR and AP
  • Proven success managing multinational teams and BPO groups
  • Strong background in process automation and systems optimization
  • ERP expertise required
  • Management style that sets clear expectations and provides support without micromanaging
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills
