Head of Finance – Shared Services Centre

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead transformation initiatives across finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Financial Risk Control.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and operational excellence across the Shared Services Centre.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring effective leadership and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Partner with IT, HR, and business units to align systems, processes, and strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs and introduce continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion the adoption of digital finance solutions, including ERP, RPA, and BI tools.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing insights and financial leadership.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a shared services environment.
  • Demonstrated success in transformation projects, change management, and process optimization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with ERP systems, automation tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • High integrity, resilience, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
