As the strategic leader of Hubbell’s T&E program, you’ll be at the forefront of optimizing our Concur platform, enhancing compliance, and delivering seamless service to employees worldwide. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—Finance, Sourcing, Treasury, and external partners—to ensure our T&E operations are efficient, scalable, and future-ready.

Senior Manager – Global T&E Program (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Lead with Impact

  • Own and evolve our global travel and purchasing card programs.
  • Set and monitor KPIs to ensure top-tier service delivery.
  • Manage relationships with credit card providers and ensure timely payments.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Lead global T&E support teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Deliver insightful dashboards and reporting to leadership.
  • Ensure policy compliance through audits and Concur Detect.

Be the Concur Champion

  • Configure and manage Concur modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Support acquisitions and SAP transitions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and drive root cause resolution.

Innovate & Transform

  • Identify process and technology gaps and lead transformation initiatives.
  • Launch re-training programs to boost user compliance.
  • Select tools that enhance performance and control.

Collaborate Globally

  • Partner with sourcing on travel provider negotiations.
  • Liaise with global card reps and resolve MCC issues

Qualification & Requirements

  • 7–10 years of leadership in corporate T&E programs.
  • Deep expertise in Concur configuration and administration.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Experience in multinational public companies (>$1B revenue).
  • Strong understanding of international travel regulations and currencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; SAP experience a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and project leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working across all organizational levels.
