Description
A fast-growing consulting firm is seeking a Managing Director to lead Finance Transformation initiatives for Fortune 1000 clients. This is a senior opportunity to shape finance functions, advise CFOs, and drive large-scale change across operating model, process, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation programs (FP&A, R2R, O2C, P2P, shared services, CoEs).
- Advise senior finance leaders on operating model design, process optimization, and digital enablement (ERP/EPM: SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan).
- Build and lead high-performing teams while mentoring future leaders.
- Partner across service lines and contribute to practice growth and go-to-market efforts.
Qualification & Requirements
- 13+ years in finance transformation, performance improvement, or shared services—ideally from consulting.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes and enabling technology.
- Track record of delivering multi-phase, enterprise-wide transformation.
- Executive presence, client development skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.
