Description
As Director, Transformation, you will lead high-impact transformation initiatives that enable sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and measurable outcomes. You will serve as a change leader, working closely with executives and business leaders to define priorities, align resources, and deliver results. This role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive organizational readiness and adoption in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the design, execution, and management of enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Driving strategic planning and prioritization of transformation activities in partnership with leadership.
- Overseeing business case development, financial modeling, and ROI analysis to support transformation programs.
- Aligning cross-functional teams to transformation goals, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
- Building governance models and operating frameworks to support transformation efforts.
- Identifying and building process improvements, best practices, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitoring and reporting program progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Leading stakeholder expectations, reporting, and engagement through strong discovery and analysis.
- Partnering with business leaders to ensure organizational readiness, adoption, and long-term sustainability of change initiatives.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy consulting, or program management.
- Demonstrate success in leading cross-functional change initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Showcase experience in implementing and delivering technology-enabled solutions (AI, RPA, automation, or similar).
- Communicate effectively with senior executives, board members, and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial modeling and business case development.
- Lead transformation programs with proven governance, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Navigate complex organizational structures and build alignment across diverse business functions.
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations and executive-level updates.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Travel as needed to support enterprise initiatives and executive engagement.
