Director, Transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the design, execution, and management of enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Driving strategic planning and prioritization of transformation activities in partnership with leadership.
• Overseeing business case development, financial modeling, and ROI analysis to support transformation programs.
• Aligning cross-functional teams to transformation goals, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
• Building governance models and operating frameworks to support transformation efforts.
• Identifying and building process improvements, best practices, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitoring and reporting program progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Leading stakeholder expectations, reporting, and engagement through strong discovery and analysis.
• Partnering with business leaders to ensure organizational readiness, adoption, and long-term sustainability of change initiatives.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bring 10+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy consulting, or program management.
• Demonstrate success in leading cross-functional change initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Showcase experience in implementing and delivering technology-enabled solutions (AI, RPA, automation, or similar).
• Communicate effectively with senior executives, board members, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial modeling and business case development.
• Lead transformation programs with proven governance, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Navigate complex organizational structures and build alignment across diverse business functions.
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations and executive-level updates.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Travel as needed to support enterprise initiatives and executive engagement.
