Description

The CoE Director – Information Technology & Digital acts as the strategic enabler of enterprise technology and digital transformation within ROSHN’s Shared Services Division. It ensures the alignment of IT & Digital initiatives with corporate strategy, driving efficiency, security, and innovation.

The role focuses on ERP integration, cloud adoption, data centralization, and digital-first service models, ensuring technology enables scalability, resilience, and smart community development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment & Governance:

  • Translate corporate strategy into IT & Digital Shared Services priorities.
  • Establish governance frameworks, IT service-level agreements, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Identify technology and digital service gaps, ensuring alignment with enterprise requirements.

Operational Efficiency & Service Excellence:

  • Standardize IT service management processes across functions.
  • Drive adoption of ERP, CRM, and digital workplace platforms.
  • Embed automation and self-service capabilities into IT service delivery.

Transformation & Change Enablement:

  • Support enterprise-wide digital-first initiatives, including AI, automation, and analytics.
  • Ensure IT-enabled rightsizing and workforce productivity through digital workplace tools.
  • Act as change partner to drive adoption of new digital platforms.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights:

  • Develop IT performance dashboards covering uptime, SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
  • Consolidate IT & Digital reporting for executive dashboards and KPI tracking.
  • Provide insights on digital maturity, resilience, and value realization.

Innovation & Capability Building:

  • Promote technology pilots and collaborations (PropTech, smart community platforms).
  • Lead data centralization and AI-driven analytics programs.
  • Build communities of practice in digital architecture, cybersecurity, and innovation.

Key Interfaces: IT & Digital, Commercial, HR, Strategy, Finance, and GRC

Key Deliverables

  • IT & Digital Operating Model & governance framework.
  • Enterprise performance dashboards (SLAs, uptime, user satisfaction).
  • Transformation roadmap for ERP, cloud, and AI adoption.
  • Repository of IT & Digital standards, processes, and playbooks.
  • Technology innovation pipeline (PropTech, AI, digital twin initiatives).

Qualification & Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven track record in ERP, cloud-first architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise platform
  • 15+ years in IT/Digital, preferably with Shared Services transformation experience.
