Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Expert – Cash Collection to lead the design, standardization, and optimization of global cash collection processes.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, deep knowledge of cash collection strategies, and proven experience in process improvement initiatives.
- This role plays a critical part in improving working capital, reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and enhancing the customer experience through streamlined and efficient collection practices.
- Your key responsibilities are process ownership & optimization, such as design, implement, and continuously improve standardized cash collection processes across regions and business units.
- You will cover performance monitoring & analysis to establish and track KPIs such as DSO, collection efficiency, aging, and bad debt provisions.
- Moreover you will take care of stakeholder collaboration, act as the bridge between operations, finance, customer service, and external partners and project management to lead and support global projects related to Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation.
Qualification & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or cash collection, with a strong focus on process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP) and collection tools (FSCM).
- Solid understanding of global cash collection practices and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in a shared services or global business services (GBS) environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) is a plus.
