Regional Head of Service & Operations (Data Center)

Key Responsibilities

  • The Regional Head of Service & Operations will lead service delivery teams across APAC, ensuring high-quality installation, commissioning, and maintenance of data center infrastructure & systems while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • They will oversee daily sales operations, streamline workflows, and support forecasting and reporting.
  • Financial oversight includes managing accounts receivable and payable processes in collaboration with finance.
  • The role also involves directing regional projects, optimizing resources, and ensuring profitability.
  • Acting as a key liaison across departments, the Regional Head of Service & Operations will drive resource planning, cross-functional alignment, lead participation in regional events, and implement process improvements.
  • Additionally, they will mentor teams, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualification & Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have significant experience in operations, service delivery, or project management with experience working on mission-critical projects or data center / telecommunications projects.
  • An engineering background is highly preferred with the adaptability to work in a start-up, lean & agile environment.
