Master Data Centre Process Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of trust, collaboration, and reliability
  • Develop and implement talent retention strategies, succession planning, and growth opportunities
    • Play a key role in recruiting top talent and ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience
    • Drive career and performance development by coaching and empowering your team members

Operational Excellence:

  • Balance speed and precision by ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing and reporting
    • Continuously improve processes through data analysis, KPIs, and innovative problem-solving
    • Champion customer satisfaction by delivering solutions that exceed expectations

Compliance & Control:

  • Guarantee adherence to JTI’s policies, procedures, and JSOX compliance requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and address queries from internal and external auditors

Stakeholder and Project Management:

  • Make impactful business decisions that align with GBS’s strategic priorities
    • Collaborate with GBS leadership, internal customers, and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
    • Drive excellence in corporate and GBS projects while fostering strong working relationships

Dynamic Problem Solving:

  • Be a proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure and continuously adapts to challenges
    • Guide your team to overcome obstacles and leverage opportunities in a fast-changing environment

Qualification & Requirements

  • Education : University degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics or related fields
  • Experience : 5+ years in Master Data; 3+ years in leading and managing diverse teams
  • Leadership : A proven track record of building, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to establish strong relationships with partners
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical, critical thinking, and risk anticipation skills are a must
  • Multitasking: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with varied stakeholders
  • Technical Skills: SAP experience and a strong understanding of Master Data processes.
  • Adaptability: A knack for thriving in dynamic environments and an openness to lean practices
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
