We’re looking for an exceptional, high-energy HR Leader who will take our people strategy to the next level. Our ideal candidate needs to inspire, engage, and lead across multiple locations, creating a culture of trust and connection where people feel truly involved. As a hands-on leader, we will need you to roll up your sleeves, go the extra mile, and lead by example. The right person must be able to balance operational experience with the ability to leverage AI across HR, embracing innovation to unlock new ways of working and ensure the long-term success of our company.

Head of Human Resource, ITS India

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, energize, and mentor a high-performing HR team, inspiring engagement across all levels.
  • Drive people strategies that enable business growth and maximize team potential.
  • Oversee talent, performance, and development programs with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance and best practices across all locations while championing new ways of working.
  • Partner with senior leadership on organizational transformation, leveraging AI and modern HR tools to unlock new opportunities.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 18–20 years of broad HR experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
  • A high-energy, hands-on leader who can combine strategic vision with operational excellence.
  • Experience leveraging AI in HR to drive innovation, enhance employee experience, and optimize processes.
  • Strong academic background (MSW, Master’s, PGDM, or MBA in HR).
  • Proven people management and strategic HR expertise, ideally within a Global Capability Center (GCC) of a multinational company.
  • Based in one of our IT Services India locations (preferably Indore), with the flexibility to travel extensively.
