Description
This leader will oversee Home Health, Hospice, Therapy Services, and Senior Living – driving operational excellence, systems integration, leadership development, and strategic growth across the continuum. This is a unique opportunity for an executive leader to shape the future of care delivery!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team of Vice Presidents (Home Health, Hospice, Senior Living, and Therapy).
- Identify and remove operational barriers between business lines to improve collaboration and shared services.
- Design and implement processes, systems, and infrastructure that allow each division to scale efficiently while maintaining high-quality care.
- Serve as a unifying leader who builds a strong culture of accountability, innovation, and outcomes across diverse care models.
- Partner closely with the COO to develop and execute strategic plans that advance company’s mission and financial goals.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies that enhance patient experience, clinical quality, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of innovation that improves resident satisfaction, care outcomes, and profitability.
- Establish KPIs, reporting tools, and leadership routines that drive performance across all integrated service lines.
- Support and influence key decisions related to expansion, internalization of services, and partnerships.
Qualification & Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare, preferably in post-acute care or senior housing.
- Experience leading across multiple care lines.
- Demonstrated success in systems thinking, process improvement, and integration across service lines.
- Known for strong leadership and team development, with a proven ability to unify diverse operational teams under one strategic direction.
- Comfort with change management, innovation, and building structure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Must be travel-flexible and committed to being visible and hands-on, especially during the first 90–120 days.
