Qualification & Requirements
Must: Purchase To Pay (e.g. Accounts Payable), Order To Cash (e.g. Billing, Accounts Receivables, Cash Application), Accounting, Master Data (e.g. customer & supplier)
Nice to have: Treasury, Expense Management, Management Reporting & Analysis, Tax, Controlling (Cost Accounting, etc.)
- Technical expertise:
Must: SAP 4/H know how – ideally SAP FI/CO master (in-depth technical know-how), ok strong working experience
Nice to have: Distinct experience in RPA, AI, consolidation SW, leading 3rd party SW for process automation
- Consulting experience (IBM, Accenture, Cap Gemini, Top4, others) i.e. used to manage high demanding clients, projects and produce solid deliverables
- Transformation project experience i.e. led a significant transformation as a project manager (start to finish)
- Former CFO / Finance Director experience is a plus (dito Group Controlling or the like) – “know the other side”
- Led > 50 FTEs in the prior jobs
- Serviced > 5 countries at one time
- Experience in Shared Services > 10 years
