- You will participate in the business and technical relationship with the product organization and will be tasked with leading a team in the creation of quality solutions, planning resources, and managing the professional development of the team. You quickly understand business problems, are an effective communicator, and can lead in the creation of solutions that utilize current technology and work within the service provider landscape.
- The Director of Software Engineering will articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users and must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal counterparts and prospect/client stakeholders throughout the product development cycles.

- 12+ years of experience in software development, with hands-on expertise in modern backend and frontend technologies (e.g., Java, Spring, Angular) and testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of modern Java architecture—including event-driven design, Kafka, pub/sub messaging patterns, and scalable microservices.
- Experience running production workloads in cloud-based, containerized environments using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Demonstrated ability to define and evolve CI/CD strategies and infrastructure, enabling automated, secure, and efficient deployments.
- Proven experience leading quality engineering efforts, including managing SDET and QA Analyst roles across Agile squads.

- Familiarity with test automation tools such as Playwright, SoapUI, Rest Assured, Postman, Selenium, or similar.
- Strong advocacy for test-first development approaches, including TDD, BDD, and ATDD, to ensure software quality and delivery confidence.
