The client is one of the world leading online gaming and betting company.
To take ownership of a lead role overseeing FP&A pillar of an SSC
Grow a new team and build strong relations globally
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the FP&A Tower Lead are:
- Oversee FP&A team here in the Philippines
- Support development of annual budgets, quartelry forecasts
- Partner the business and collaborate with various stakeholders in Finance and Operations
- Act as a strong partner to core FP&A and regional leaders
- Handle process automations and improvements
Qualification & Requirements
- CPA or CMA is preferred
- 7 years at least of FP&A experience
- Experience in and SSC or BPO environment
- Proficiency in various Financial Systems and Tools (Oracle, SAP, Power BI, Hyperion)
- Strong team management capabilities
