We’re looking for a strategic, people-focused leader to oversee Revenue Cycle Patient Access Operations in your region—helping ensure every patient’s first interaction with our health system is smooth, supportive, and effective.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Recruit, coach, and empower management teams—fostering a positive, high-performance culture that reduces turnover.
- Ensure Compliance: Keep patient access operations aligned with Federal and State regulations, updating policies to maintain excellence.
- Drive Strategy: Anticipate challenges, analyze market trends, and develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Measure & Improve: Set clear performance metrics, track results, and implement changes that lead to measurable gains.
- Oversee Operations: Collaborate with departments to streamline admissions, ED registration, financial counseling, cashiering, and more.
- Manage Budgets: Build and manage operational and capital budgets, proactively addressing variances.
Qualification & Requirements
- Have proven leadership experience in revenue cycle or healthcare operations.
- Are skilled at balancing data-driven decision-making with compassionate leadership.
- Excel at building relationships across teams and levels.
- Enjoy solving complex operational challenges with creativity and precision.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration or related field.
- Master’s degree strongly preferred.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
- Seven (7) years of related experience, with at least five (5) years of management experience tied to Revenue Cycle, health care, or finance.
- Prior experience in a multi-location health system environment preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
- Understands and appropriately applies principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to specialized expertise.
