Description

Main responsibilities are to lead Human Resource Information System (HRI) and HR Shared Services (HR SSC) across APAC to support business strategies in overseeing Total Pay Programs, drive optimization of HRIS and develop transition plan for HR transactions to transit to HR SSC.

Senior Manager HRIS (SSC)

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

  • Project manage regional initiatives through planning, execution, and control of various projects through structure end to end project management methodology.
  • Proactively review existing HR Processes, data management, and identify improvement initiatives that align with the business & people.
  • Develop action plan and deliver on changes to HR Processesthis includes soliciting feedback from COE process owners on revised process and workflow, gaining consensus on the revised processes and creating/editing SOPs
  • Streamline processes to ensure standardisation is maintained across the region

HR Shared Services (HR SSC)

  • Formulate direction of organization-wide Shared Services for HR. Work towards a strategy of continuing to move transactional work from HR Business Partner and Communities of Expertise (COE) to Shared Services for process optimization.
  • Develop transition plan from country base operation to centralise HR services through continuous engagement with countries HR leadership.
  • Develop, document and maintain HR services, processes, knowledge base, call tracking technology and service level agreements a quality standard and ensure that all aspects of HR Shared Services work to achieve satisfactory quality and consistency
  • Respond to and comply with any internal/external investigations, audits, assessments and participates in and adheres to corrective actions. Strive to maintains compliance and systems data integrity

Qualification & Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a technology based MNC with sound compensation and benefits knowledge, HRIS and HRSSC.
  • Strong Project management skill to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong influence skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A good level of analytical skills with the ability to break down complex issues into logical parts
  • Able to undertake with multiple tasks with good organization skills to prioritize to meet stipulated deliverables timeline.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Proactively identify issues, ability to provide resolution to continue improvement of work processes.
