Description

As the Credit Middle Office, Vice President – Quality Manager, you will lead and manage the quality functions under the Quality Control Center in Asset & Wealth Management – Corporate Centers, Philippines. This pivotal role ensures that AWM Ops maintains the highest standards of quality and excellence across all operations. Your strong background in quality management, exceptional leadership skills, and ability to drive continuous improvement will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage quality systems, policies, and processes organization-wide.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulations, and certifications.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Oversee quality control activities to ensure products, services, and processes meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Establish mechanisms to monitor, measure, and report on quality performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing quality team, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to integrate quality objectives into organizational activities.
  • Identify and mitigate quality-related risks, implementing preventive and corrective actions.

Qualification & Requirements

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or equivalent HR experience preferred.
  • At least ten years of experience in leadership roles with progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • Extensive experience in leading quality initiatives within a Center of Excellence or similar structure.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Experience in the financial services industry within a shared services environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Knowledge in lending and quality management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience with visualization design tools like Tableau and hands-on skills in Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR systems like PeopleSoft.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL and HTML.
