Description
As a Senior Product Manager working within our shared services group, you will be responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle of our new and existing AI/ML and data-based products across our brokerage. You are a data-driven individual who enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems and creating new business opportunities. You will delve into the details of the logistics industry and utilize technology to help us create competitive advantages.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and influence select data-driven products and manage the entire product lifecycle within our brokerage
- Shape future roadmaps by integrating AI/ML into products where it makes sense
- Analyze data and collaborate with customers, partners, and stakeholders to capture feedback, understand business needs, and build consensus
- Collaborate with business leadership, acquisition, venture, and product engineering teams to develop data product strategies
- Set and measure KPIs that drive key product and business decisions forward
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog including new features, bugs, and enhancements
- Produce high-quality deliverables with an attention to detail, including investment theses, documentation, test cases, and training/enablement
Qualification & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management working within the AI/ML space
- Experience managing multiple products that deliver enterprise-grade impact
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, test, and deliver innovative solutions
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and board-level groups, with a focus on making the complex easier to understand across various groups
- A master’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or related fields of study is preferred, but not required
- Experience working in the logistics industry is preferred, but not required
- This position requires monthly travel to our Chicago headquarters if you are working remotely
