Manager Risk Management

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in Risk assessment and analysis methodologies
• Risk management software and tools proficiency
• Knowledge of regulatory (GDPR,PCI-DSS, Anti-Money Laundering (AML)) requirements and compliance standards.
• Understanding of insurance principles and coverage.
• Industry-specific certifications (CRISC, CISM, ISO 27001:LA)
• Project management expertise.
• A thorough understanding of:
  • ISO 27001 (Information Security Management)
  • NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • SOC 1 and SOC 2 Standards

Qualification & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field

Experience: 10-15 years of related experience

Licenses or Certifications: CRISC, CISA preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 10+ years of experience in risk management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Professional certification in risk management (ARM, CRM, or similar) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
