Solution Engineer Lead – GBS IND

Key Responsibilities

Provide L3 support to F5 LTM/GTMs/EMS, DNS and Application Integration Controller (AIC). Provide Solutions Engineering as a subject matter expertise for the client’s Application Delivery Network (ADN) End to end support on AIC tool. L3 support for prod and non-prod WLM environment. End to end support on config migration to keep prod and LLEs configuration consistent. Architecture and High Level design guidance for all ecommerce/CBT projects.

Required Skills

• Load Balancers – F5 LTM/GTMs In depth knowledge of ADC F5 LTM and GTM hardware platforms including engineering design and deployment implementation guidelines.
• In depth knowledge on TCP/IP Protocols.
• AppviewX

Desired Skills

• Functional understanding of diverse set of networked applications requiring application traffic management solutions, including HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, FTP, DNS, NTP, ANYCAST services, and others.
• DMZ Network infrastructure knowledge including topology, security policies, firewalls and the L2/L3 switch and router infrastructure is required.
• In depth engineering experience in traffic management solutions, including the design, low level engineering, and delivery of new hardware systems as well as application load balancing solutions for client applications across the pre-provisioned ADC infrastructure.
• Rotating On Call support for pages related to Production issues
• Incident and Change Management Support
• DNS management
• Expertise in Shell scripting and Perl scripting.
