Description

We’re hiring an Associate Program Manager – Operations to lead the end-to-end accounting processes for a diamond-tier client. You’ll own AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and closing activities, while championing process excellence, automation, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end accounting operations: AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, intercompany, and month-end close
  • Act as a hands-on SME—understand and improve processes, not just oversee them
  • Standardize and automate workflows to increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, SOX, and internal control policies
  • Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting in coordination with the client
  • Resolve operational issues by partnering with internal finance, IT, and operations teams
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, and implement data-driven performance improvements
  • Support ERP enhancement and broader finance transformation initiatives

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience (shared services or BPO preferred)
  • Proven experience leading 100+ FTEs in a delivery or shared service environment
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, SOX compliance, and internal controls
  • ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Hands-on leadership style—able to quickly learn processes and lead by example
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Amenable to work onsite in Muntinlupa on night shifts and rotating schedules

Good-to-Have

  • CPA or CA certification
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Exposure to finance transformation projects and ERP rollouts
