Description

We are seeking a dynamic and globally-minded leader with a strong background in HR Operations to join our team as the Senior Director of Global Process Excellence and HR Shared Services. This role will focus on driving operational excellence, owning end-to-end process strategy, and building data and technology supported solutions at scale for the Process Excellence and Scaled Delivery (PXSD), EX, and Adobe at large!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for processes and scaled delivery with data driven rigor. Define and lead the ongoing evolution and adoption of our HR tiered delivery model.
  • Lead and inspire a high performing, distributed team in a highly collaborative and interdependent organization. Own management and streamlining global processes while maintaining personalized employee support for moments that matter. Drive the adoption of automation and technology-enhanced processes within HR Operations.
  • Strategic thought partner to senior leadership, building on existing groundwork and taking vision to the next level!
  • Use metrics to demonstrate and communicate performance, creating and sharing reports/metrics/dashboards that are meaningful to partners and measure performance against SLAs, volumes, customer satisfaction, and quality.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Proven leadership in HR Operations at scale, with a focus on process excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Strong global leadership skills, with the proficiency to manage and adapt processes and systems both locally and globally.
  • Expertise in HR technology, particularly Workday and ServiceNow, with the ability to integrate and optimize technology solutions to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to connect day-to-day operations with broader organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a highly interdependent organization.
  • High intellectual horsepower and the ability to set and deliver a strategy for scale.

Nice to Haves:

  • Expertise in Vendor Management and Contingent Worker programs.

Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
