Description

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead the overall financial strategy and operations of our healthcare Managed Services Organization (MSO). This executive role is responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions. The CFO will ensure the implementation and maintenance of robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and guarantee that all financial reports adhere to US GAAP and the organization’s accounting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure liquidity and manage cash flow to meet financial obligations.
  • Drive ROI analysis for medical programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain compliance with US GAAP and internal financial policies.
  • Oversee accounting functions, including billing, claims, and inter-company transactions.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls; lead audit preparation and execution.
  • Collaborate with RCM on accurate revenue recognition.
  • Support regulatory and tax reporting for U.S. jurisdictions.
  • Evaluate and enhance accounting systems and financial processes.
  • Lead and develop finance teams in the Philippines (Accounting, Payroll, AP/AR)

Qualification & Requirements

  • CPA required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with 5–10 years in public and private accounting
  • 3–5 years of experience in U.S. healthcare finance or MSO setting strongly preferred
  • Proven expertise in financial strategy, US GAAP, compliance, internal controls, and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a shared services or cross-functional environment
  • Strong business acumen with experience in financial planning, performance analysis, and ROI evaluation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
