Description
Responsible for developing and driving the strategic vision and direction for enterprise-wide business transformation, new business incubation, and organizational change initiatives to future-proof Mynt. Reporting to the Head of the Enterprise Transformation, the role will lead the development of long-term transformation strategies, identify key opportunities for innovation and growth, and guide cross-functional teams in executing these strategies. The role will be instrumental in shaping Mynt’s future by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, driving strategic partnerships, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate a compelling vision and strategic roadmap for enterprise transformation, aligning with Mynt’s long-term goals and market dynamics.
- Direction Setting: Establish strategic priorities and objectives for business transformation, new business incubation, and organizational change initiatives.
- Innovation and Growth: Identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and business models to drive innovation and unlock new growth opportunities for Mynt.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive business plans, including strategic goals, financial forecasts, and resource allocation, for new business ventures and transformation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, external partners, and industry experts, to drive alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and assess strategic risks associated with transformation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress, measure impact, and ensure accountability for transformation initiatives.
- Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert on business transformation, innovation, and organizational change, both internally and externally.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the transformation team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving professional development.
Qualification & Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive work experience in leading strategic initiatives, business transformation, or business development, with a proven track record of driving significant organizational change and growth.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex strategic issues and opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at the executive level. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to driving continuous improvement and innovation.
