HR Manager and Operational Head

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the office runs smoothly by performing financial, managerial, and administrative tasks and supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• E-letter generation which include employment letter, address proof letter and salary certificate letter, etc., for all employees in India
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Managed daily HR operations, addressing employee queries, concerns, and grievances to maintain a supportive work environment
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies

Qualification & Requirements

• Relevant 10 Years of experience in HR Operations and also managing day to day Operations
• Should have sound experience working in IT/Software company as HR Manager – End to End HR Operations
• Should have experience in managing Office Operations – Vendor Management (Inclusive of all vendors), Interacting with Payroll Partner, Tax Consultants etc.
• Candidates should have experience working in IT / Software company
• Experience in Payroll Process – Giving relevant inputs to Finance Team
