Description
As part of our Finance team in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Hanover, Stuttgart, Mannheim, or Munich, you will optimize our clients’ accounting and controlling processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Consulting for the finance organization on the digitalization of financial processes – from strategy development, concept creation and process design to optimization and implementation
- Partnership-based collaboration with start-ups in the field of digitalization/artificial intelligence/machine learning, etc.
- Conducting feasibility studies/proofs of concept in the area of digitization of financial processes
- Management of external service providers in the implementation of digitalization solutions
- Responsibility for project progress and technical leadership of team members
Qualification & Requirements
Your skillset
- At least five years of professional experience in consulting, in a large company with a focus on the CFO area or within a shared services/ global business services organization
- A degree in economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field of study, as well as knowledge of the digitalization of financial processes, particularly in the area of purchase-to-pay (P2P). Experience in ERP systems, especially SAP, is desirable.
- Strong interest in financial processes, digitalization, and newer topics in the finance environment (e.g., sustainable finance, RPA). High flexibility, excellent English and German skills, and willingness to travel (also for international challenges). A strong affinity for technology, enthusiasm for working in an agile project environment, and a willingness to take on responsibility are required.
