Description
The Senior HR and Admin Manager oversees all HR and administrative functions, ensuring strategic alignment, policy development, and compliance with labor laws with a strong focus on employee relations and employee engagement. This role requires strategic oversight in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
HUMAN RESOURCES:
- Work with senior management to develop and execute HR and administrative strategies that directly support the organization’s business objectives.
- Design and enforce HR policies and procedures related to talent acquisition, employee training, compensation structures, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build and sustain a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, industry standards, and internal corporate policies to mitigate risks.
- Develop, implement, and oversee performance evaluation frameworks that drive employee productivity, accountability, and career growth.
- Design and administer competitive salary structures and benefits packages to attract, motivate, and retain top industry talent.
- Develop and implement targeted training and development programs to upskill employees and support long-term career progression.
Employee Relations (ER):
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive and engaging work environment.
- Oversee and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Serve as a senior advisor to leadership on employee relations matters, including grievances, disputes, and conflict resolution.
- Design and execute fair and consistent disciplinary processes and performance management policies.
- Foster a culture of open communication and trust by driving proactive employee relations initiatives.
Employee Engagement:
- Coordinate with Lifestyle Team in developing and executing engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and productivity.
- Implement employee feedback mechanisms, such as pulse surveys and town halls, to gauge sentiment and take action accordingly.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace.
- Lead wellness and recognition programs that contribute to a positive organizational culture.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop strategies that promote high-performance teams and employee well-being.
ADMIN:
- Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and support services to ensure seamless business functions and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the administrative teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and efficient execution of tasks.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that drive organizational efficiency, optimize administrative resources, and support company growth.
- Create and enforce company policies in line with industry standards and legal requirements to ensure compliance and consistency across all administrative functions.
- Oversee the administrative department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective management of resources and timely delivery of administrative services.
- Identify and implement process improvements across administrative functions, focusing on enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and leveraging technology.
- Manage resource allocation for administrative services, ensuring the timely availability of tools, personnel, and services required for operational success.
- Foster strong collaboration across all departments, aligning administrative strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality services. Manage office facilities and ensure a conducive work environment for employees.
- Assess and mitigate risks related to office operations, including safety and security concerns. Ensure that the office complies with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee the company’s physical assets. Update policies for tracking and maintaining assets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related concerns and initiatives with KKG (IT support/partner). Collaborate with KKG to identify and address IT issues, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of technical challenges. Ensure that IT policies and procedures align with company needs and ensure business continuity through proactive IT management.
- Collaborate with department leaders and business unit heads to identify areas for support and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to meet their operational needs. Ensure cross-functional communication and support between the administration department and other business units.
