Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Manager to lead network service operations and manage performance across Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role requires deep expertise in network technologies (SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, wireless, data centers) and strong governance, coordination, and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Govern MSPs to ensure compliance, performance, and process adherence.
  • Lead incident response and resolution with business impact awareness.
  • Conduct regular SLA/KPI reviews with MSPs.
  • Collaborate with CTO service tracks and Engineering for seamless service delivery.
  • Define and implement SOPs for network operations.
  • Manage planning, communication, and strategic alignment between Engineering and MSPs.
  • Provide technical leadership and ensure quality project deliverables.
  • Apply ITIL practices to support transitions and transformations.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Strong leadership in network management and WAN capacity optimization.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Zscaler, wireless, Azure, and AWS (security, storage, AD).
  • Experience with SOWs, RACI matrices, and vendor management.
  • Proficient in ITIL (Change, Incident, Problem, Capacity, Vulnerability).
  • Background in NOC operations (shift manager or L3 engineer).
  • Independent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Certifications: ITIL, PMP, Cisco; tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Orion, OpsRamp, Cisco DNAC, Excel, PowerPoint.
