Description

We’re seeking someone to join our team as Vice President. We are seeking a strategic, data-savvy Product Owner for Enterprise Network Services (ENS) Analytics and Insights team to enable effective development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions and digital tools. This role will own data-driven products that monitors Network and Voice systems and drive strategic enablement of digital capabilities to improve fleet efficiency and reliability. This role requires collaboration across ENS teams and stakeholders to prioritize requirements, transform data into actionable insights, and drive continuous improvements in analytics and initiatives.

Technical Product Owner- Vice President – Workplace Operations & Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to equip ENS Analytics and Insights fleet with digital tools, and workflow automation.
  • Work closely with fleet leadership and broader ENS teams to identify challenges and opportunities for enablement.
  • Define product vision and strategy in alignment with broader organizational goals, stakeholder requirements, and fleet capabilities.
  • Lead efforts to facilitate user training, and ensure effective adoption of digital tool within the fleet.
  • Create and manage roadmaps for Data and Analytics products, with a focus on operational insights, predictive analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria and business justification to enable effective product backlog management.
  • Prioritize and deliver features through agile sprints, ensuring stakeholder alignment and value delivery.
  • Understanding of data pipelines, KPIs, interpret and define technical metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices to achieve greater product performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 12+ Years of experience in product ownership, sound understanding of product lifecycle management at sale.
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
  • Proven experience in delivering critical products leveraging data platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Splunk, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake).
  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management frameworks.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to work across business, technical, and operational teams.
  • Familiarity with technical architecture, platforms and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to translate organizational goals into product, data, or operational strategies.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional execution.

Skills Desired:

  • Proficiency in Python – Programming ability in Python, particularly for analytics, or scripting
  • Data Analysis and Business Insights – Expertise in analyzing complex datasets and deriving critical business insights to support decision-making.
  • Networking and Infrastructure Basics – Foundational knowledge of networking concepts and infrastructure, experience working with network monitoring tools or infrastructure platforms.
  • Delivering business value with AIML solutions. Experience with GenAI and related products
