Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Content and Omnichannel Service Delivery to lead and optimize our commercial operations across Germany and the WESE area. This pivotal role will focus on implementing omnichannel strategies to enhance customer experiences, drive our Growth Through Innovation initiatives, and support our local market companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of content and omnichannel services for our commercial teams in Germany and the WESE region.
  • Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and GBS Business Partners.
  • Manage a team of approximately 10 FTEs, ensuring AstraZeneca continues to be a great place to work.
  • Develop and execute the GCS content and omnichannel services strategy.
  • Lead adoption processes, leveraging data to refine approaches for improved outcomes.

Defined Accountabilities

  • Act as a lead for service delivery outcomes in the Germany and WESE markets.
  • Communicate overall GCS service adoption and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Understand and report on market trends, providing feedback to therapeutic area brand teams.
  • Ensure compliance with AstraZeneca’s policies, managing communications and change management activities.

Qualification & Requirements

Skills And Expertise

  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing omnichannel and digital strategies.
  • Strong leadership and capability in optimizing team performance.
  • High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and commercial acumen.

Success Measures

  • Adoption, CSAT (Net Promoter Score), value delivery, and achieving content and omnichannel OKRs.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
  • Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology, with strategic digital marketing and commercial leadership skills.
  • Fluent in Business English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital delivery and processes.
  • MBA or advanced scientific degree.
