I2P Operations Director

Key Responsibilities

• Empowerment & Development: Deliver exceptional line management across a team of Associates, identifying and nurturing talent within the MGS organization, and providing an enriching career experience.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee and govern teams responsible for core operations within MGSF I2P, utilizing SLAs and KPIs to support and drive key objectives, while enhancing upstream processes.
• Strategic Insights & Governance: Utilize our three-tiered governance structure to provide valuable insights to business leaders and stakeholders, employing meaningful metrics to drive improvements through direct leadership, influence, and partnerships.
• Standardization & Innovation: Champion the I2P standardization agenda, streamlining processes and integrating new technologies across the North America market and the global I2P community.
• Collaborative Value Creation: Partner with business and upstream stakeholders to create and deliver value through various working capital initiatives and projects.
• ERP System Deployment: Provide operational support in the planning, design, and deployment of new global SAP S4H ERP systems, offering insights, resources, and testing capabilities as needed.
