Description

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Head of IT to lead the transformation of our US enterprise technology landscape. This role will oversee the integration of multiple acquired businesses into a unified technology platform, driving operational excellence, digital innovation, and scalable infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep experience in enterprise IT, M&A integration, cloud transformation, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the IT integration strategy across multiple acquired businesses into a single US enterprise platform.
  • Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business goals, including ERP, CRM, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT leadership team across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize technology-enabled growth opportunities.
  • Oversee vendor strategy, contract negotiations, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and drive a culture of cybersecurity resilience.
  • Champion innovation, including AI, automation, and analytics to improve business outcomes.
  • Establish and lead governance frameworks for IT investments, project prioritization, and risk management.
  • Drive change management and foster a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise-level transformation.
  • Proven success in post-M&A integration and building shared services or centers of excellence.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience managing multi-site, cross-functional teams in a matrixed global organization.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, TOGAF) are a plus.
