Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Operations Leader to lead and oversee comprehensive Human Talent Resource (HTR) processes including payroll, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. This role will play a key part in driving HR transformation, implementing automation, and streamlining processes while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, learning & development, and offboarding
  • Ensure accuracy in U.S. payroll processing and successful execution of year-end procedures
  • Drive HR transformation initiatives through automation, digital enablement, and process innovation
  • Implement and manage change management strategies to support organizational shifts
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs
  • Lead, mentor, and support multi-regional HR teams to foster a high-performance culture

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations, BPO, or shared services
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in HR operational roles
  • Proven success in HR transformation, change management, and tech adoption (Workday, SAP, or similar systems)
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
