Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced technology solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and understanding their technology requirements to provide tailored consulting services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business processes, recommending improvements and technology enhancements.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in technology implementation, project management, and client engagement.
- Drive the adoption of best technology solutions and agile process.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on client business operations.
- Ensuring quality deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, presentations, and industry conferences.
- Support/participate in department management and strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met
Qualification & Requirements
- Fluent English communication is mandate
- Strong domain knowledge on advisory related products
- Proven leadership/coordination skills to work with business, development team and testing team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in Global Private Banking IT and in Investment/Discretionary is a plus
- Experience of working on a global scale (i.e. across timezone & geography and with remote teams)
- Experience with DevOps and Agile (sAFE) methodoly
- Ownership and accountablity of the deliveries
- Experience with distributed and multi-cultural teams
- Experience of JIRA, Confluence,
- Experience of digital journey.
- Experience to Accessibility and Tealium testing.
- Experience with automation testing tool. like Selenium, TOSCA, QTP etc.
- Professional experience in a large Global organisation preferably in an IT department or shared service organisation
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
Nice to have:
- Professional certifications on technology or project management domains
- Experience of Private Banking and investment service is a value added
