Description
Kforce has a client in need of a Remote Director, HR Shared Services & Leaves Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale a high-performing HR Shared Services function
- The Director of HR Systems will lead operational strategy, process improvement, and service delivery across Tier 0-3 support models
- Oversee Leaves Administration and site activation teams
- Manage HR tech stack: Oracle Cloud HCM, ServiceNow, ADP, WFS
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize HR systems and self-service tools
- Lead and develop a team of 3-4 direct reports
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture
- Drive performance, training, and continuous improvement
- The Director of HR Systems will manage external global consulting recruitment vendors
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and performance standards
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in HR; 5+ years in HR leadership
- Expertise in HR operations, leave management, and shared services
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, and ADP
- Strong strategic, operational, and people leadership skills
- Knowledge of payroll, benefits, employment law, and compliance best practices preferred
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM a plus
