Description
Mariani Premier Group is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Manager. The Senior Financial Systems Manager will be responsible for enhancing and expanding the capabilities of our existing NetSuite platform. This role will focus on deploying advanced modules such as NetAsset and NetLease, and on building a scalable shared services model for fixed asset and lease accounting. The ideal candidate will bring deep systems expertise and a collaborative mindset to drive efficiency, automation, and strategic value across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the optimization and enhancement of NetSuite, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and operationalize NetAsset and NetLease, improving fixed asset and lease accounting processes.
- Drive the development and implementation of a shared services model for accounting functions, with a focus on standardization, automation, and scalability.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and external vendors to manage system configurations, integrations, and user training.
- Serve as the integration lead for onboarding portfolio companies into the corporate financial systems environment, driving standardization and enabling efficient data consolidation.
- Drive integration strategy to streamline finance operations, reduce manual processes, and enhance data integrity across connected systems.
- Provide ongoing governance and support for financial systems, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and user access management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
- Stay current with financial technology trends and recommend innovations to keep Mariani Premier Group at the forefront of operational excellence.
- Lead and manage a high performing team.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in financial systems management, with a strong background in NetSuite.
- Proven experience with NetAsset and NetLease or similar tools for fixed asset and lease accounting.
- Demonstrated success in leading system enhancements and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in a project-based or service-oriented industry is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and collaborative approach.
