Description

To manage and deliver HR shared services projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, systems, and processes to drive service improvements, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction across multiple HR service domains.

Shared Services Project Manager (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Delivery – Develop and execute project plans, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic HRSS objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Facilitate effective communication across HR, IT, and business teams to align expectations, secure resources, and resolve conflicts.
  • Risk & Change Management – Identify project risks and manage change impact through structured mitigation, communication, and adoption strategies.
  • Governance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and budget.
  • Post-Implementation Support – Coordinate project closure, lessons learned, and continuous improvement to refine service delivery and sustain impact.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Has minimum of 7 years of experience, including 3–5 years in leading HR transformation or shared services projects, with proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, implement HR systems, and drive process improvement.
  • Experience in regional or multinational environments, combined with knowledge of SuccessFactors platforms and project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile), is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and project tools (e.g., MS Project, ServiceNow).
  • Ideal for candidates who are keen on a 24-month contract position.
