Key Responsibilities
- Leads end to end Talent Acquisition of Manila and Iloilo sites alongside satellite offices and global spoke locations.
- Manages the productivity and performance of TA Managers and the teams they support.
- Ensures that all talent acquisition efforts and manpower resources are fully utilized to bring about efficiency and expediency of talent acquisition efforts.
- Participates in the budget process and adheres to the established budget for the unit.
- Manages unit costs and expenditures efficiently and smartly within budgeted guidelines.
- Actively monitors expenses incurred by the unit versus the budget by allocating incentives and other expenses.
- Strengthens working / professional relationships with all internal and external customers.
- Designs new and innovative talent acquisition strategies to improve and enhance current systems and procedures.
- Evaluates existing procedures and systems and validates their effectiveness in attracting top talent for the company.
- Ensures that hiring strategies are at par with the talent market
- Consistently reviews available tools, documents and resources and suggests enhancements if necessary
- Creates and maintains a rewarding atmosphere that fosters open communication, empowerment, and accountability.
- Sets controls, daily working disciplines, and quality milestones within the Talent Acquisition function in order to maintain the quality.
- Ensures adherence of all Talent Acquisition staff to the policies, rules, and regulations of the company. Equips and empowers team members to handle any infractions with the appropriate and commensurate means.
- Controls, adheres to and / or customizes performance management and succession planning initiatives to the Talent Acquisition function.
Qualification & Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Master’s Degree, any field
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR, preferably with experience in sourcing and recruiting for Sales and Technology roles
- At least 7 years in Leadership/People Management capacity
- Minimum of 5 years of experience for a Shared Services, BPO or multinational organization
- Excellent planning, time management and decision-making skills
- Thorough understanding of the Shared Services industry
- Experience in managing functional groups
- Demonstrated ability to work with and lead a team
- Proven experience in sourcing qualified candidates
- Ability to work with progressive levels of management
- Understands budgetary concerns and be able to meet goals within those guidelines
- Expertise in HR and talent acquisition systems and platforms such as Workday, LinkedIn and Talent Neuron
