- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements by implementing robust governance frameworks to mitigate financial risks.
People Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse SBS team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Provide coaching and career development support to enhance individual growth and career paths for the team.
- Promote employee engagement and retention within SBS by maintaining a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
Governance, Risk & Service Compliance
- Act as escalation point for internal customers when service delivery issues impact SLAs and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Ensure that safe and environmental working practices are followed in compliance with Swissport standards, including adherence to safety rules, code of conduct, and cybersecurity policies.
Financial & Resource Management
- Prepare and manage the SBS annual budget, ensuring efficient control of costs and headcount.
- Align staffing and resource planning to meet evolving business needs and operational demands.
- Manage vendor/supplier relationships to maintain service-level alignment and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment with service expectations.

Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a shared services environment, preferably in Procure-to-Pay, Service-to-Cash, General Ledger, and related accounting processes.
