You will oversee the strategy and execution of global People Operations, including employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, benefits administration, payroll and compliance. You will also lead and develop a team of People Operations professionals and be a key partner to stakeholders like People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, and IT.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on structure, process optimization, and building high-performing teams in a dynamic global environment.

Global Director People Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a high-performing People Operations team, fostering a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high accountability

  • Develop and manage a global benefits strategy, ensuring competitiveness, regional compliance, cost-efficiency, and an excellent employee experience

  • Drive automation, documentation, and standardization of People processes to support scalability and efficiency
  • Define and monitor key operational KPIs to evaluate team performance, service delivery, and process health
  • Ensure strong governance and compliance in employee data management (GDPR, regional labor laws, audit readiness)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support global expansion, organizational change, and People programs
  • Build a self-service and enablement culture through clear and accessible documentation, training resources, and knowledge management
  • Collaborate with senior People leaders to support performance cycles, compensation reviews, and organizational planning

Qualification & Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Systems, or HR Shared Services, with at least 3 years in a people management or leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing global People Ops teams in high-growth, fast-paced organizations
  • Proven experience managing HR systems and tools (preferably BambooHR, Lattice, or equivalents), and driving system-based improvements
  • Experienced at navigating ambiguity and leading teams through transformation, while maintaining focus on clarity, adaptability, and execution
  • Comfortable building and scaling people processes across multiple geographies, balancing global consistency with local nuance
  • High attention to detail, documentation, and process ownership mindset
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build alignment across functions and levels
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale process improvements
  • A good understanding of global benefits design, administration, and vendor management
  • Strong understanding of global HR compliance, data privacy, and local labor regulations

Benefits

  • A competitive compensation package
  • Flexibility in working hours and location
  • Comprehensive benefits coverage
  • Meal voucher
  • Holiday and leave allowance, in addition to national holidays
  • A strong focus on the well-being of our team members, with access to both physical and mental health resources
