Description

As the most senior HR leader for employee and labor relations in the Philippines, you’ll head our People Relations function—a centralized, high-performing team that provides expert support on complex employee concerns, regulatory compliance, and frontline HR issue resolution.

You’ll oversee our tiered HR support model, strengthen labor strategies, drive governance through insights, and lead with empathy and precision to resolve judgment-based people issues. All while enhancing business continuity, employee trust, and policy consistency.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Service Delivery

  • Lead the PH HR Shared Services team in delivering high-quality, efficient, and compliant HR support
  • Optimize processes through automation, metrics, and continuous improvement
  • Use ticketing systems and case management tools to manage workflows and insights

People Relations Leadership

  • Build and lead a centralized team to handle performance issues, grievances, workplace conflict, and manager escalations
  • Ensure employee cases are resolved fairly, consistently, and in line with Philippine labor law and company policy

Labor Relations & Compliance

  • Drive labor risk mitigation, compliance strategies, and government relations
  • Lead internal reviews, incident response, and workplace investigations
  • Stay ahead of labor law developments to inform proactive HR practices

Manager Enablement & Capability Building

  • Coach and empower People Relations Managers to partner strategically with business leaders
  • Lead initiatives around performance management, conflict resolution, and policy awareness
  • Foster a high-integrity, high-performance employee relations culture

Data-Driven HR Governance

  • Analyze case trends and service metrics to inform improvements
  • Lead compliance audits and risk assessments in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and COEs

Qualification & Requirements

  • 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years leading employee relations or shared services
  • Proven expertise in Philippine labor law and employment regulations
  • Strong leadership in high-volume, fast-paced environments (BPO/shared services a plus)
  • Experience with tiered support models, service tickets, and complex case resolution
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree or HR certification preferred
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
