Description
The Shared Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing a variety of critical functions, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across the organisation. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record of success in shared services management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of various shared services functions, including but not limited to HR, IT, and administration.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality across all shared service functions.
- Lead and motivate a team of shared services professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and ensure service delivery meets their requirements.
- Implement and maintain robust processes and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in shared services management.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of shared services operations.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- 10 years’ experience in a Shared Services Management role, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with implementing process improvements and driving efficiency gains.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
