Key Responsibilities
- creating a vision and strategy for the development of the Omnichannel Shared Services platform and planning a roadmap,
- managing the platform development roadmap and technological and business initiatives
- cooperation with stakeholders from various areas of the organization,
- implementing innovative mobile solutions that support customer needs and the bank’s goals in the area of digitalization,
- maintenance and development of shared services and domains used by various systems and Tribes in the bank,
- ensuring operational continuity and cybersecurity of the platform,
- monitoring and optimization of performance indicators (e.g. availability, NPS),
- ensuring compliance with legal regulations and standards,
- participation in analyses, tests, functional acceptance, and complaint and formal-legal processes,
- active work with Scrum teams (refinement, sprint planning, demo),
- budget management, long-term product development planning and tracking competitor solutions.
Qualification & Requirements
- you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position or a related field,
- you have domain knowledge in the field of electronic banking and modern digital technologies,
- you managed a team responsible for the development and maintenance of systems operating 24/7,
- you know Agile, Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes,
- you have experience in managing budgets and team capacity,
- you speak English fluently (minimum B2 level),
- You are characterized by accuracy, the ability to plan, organize and make data-based decisions.
We would appreciate it if you have:
- knowledge of best practices in information security and data protection,
- experience in developing platforms supporting multiple systems and organizational units,
- the ability to inspire and motivate a team and develop the competences of others,
- a proactive approach to implementing innovative solutions,
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse stakeholders,
- Knowledge of Spring technologies and tools, Spring Boot Java, C++ PostgreSQL, Informix DB Tuxedo RabbitMQ, Kafka Junit 5, Mockito, RestAssured Redis Gitlab, SonarQube, ELK, Dynatrace, Openshift
