Description

We’re seeking a Vice President of HR Services to join our clients leadership team in Boston, reporting directly to the SVP HR, Americas. This is a pivotal role driving the strategic integration of people operations, analytics, and total rewards across the U.S. business.

As the leader of integrated HR services, you’ll oversee a highly visible, data-informed function that powers employee experience, operational efficiency, and HR innovation. They are currently leveraging UKG across their HR ecosystem and are exploring the future state of HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale integrated HR services, including People Operations, HR Analytics, and Total Rewards
  • Drive process excellence and consistency through systems
  • Develop a high-performing team delivering reliable, data-led service to the business
  • Prepare for future ownership of Payroll and Employee Relations as these functions move under HR Services
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR service delivery with strategic business goals

Qualification & Requirements

  • A seasoned HR executive with a proven track record in leading large-scale HR operations in complex, matrixed organisations
  • Deep expertise in total rewards, HR technology, and data/analytics
  • Experience managing change and delivering transformation through technology and process optimisation
  • Strategic, people-first, and highly collaborative—with the ability to operate at both executive and operational levels
