Description
We have been retained by our client to search for a Manager of Shared Services. In this role you will be a leader in Accounts Receivables, Billing and Collections. This role is responsible for managing a team of A/R specialists, billers and collectors and maintaining internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads Billing including online portals, credit risk management and Accounts Receivable.
- Drive automation and system improvements in Billing and AR processes.
- Strong customer billing, credit risk management, collections, and cash applications
- Monitors cash flow related to accounts receivable, providing timely and accurate forecasts for senior management.
- Maintains internal controls and across all shared services functions.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- 6+ years of share services experience including 2+ years as a manager.
- Experience in building and leading teams.
- Strength in ERP systems and project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
