Description
The Change Management Leader (Mgr. I) is responsible for leading the Change Management function within the Centralized RD&I Engineering Shared Services organization. This role includes direct leadership of a team of process and data analysts, ownership of the enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process, and oversight of product document management. The leader ensures alignment with Andersen Corporation’s values, employee covenant, and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of process and data analysts supporting change services, including team meetings, performance management, and team development.
- Own and manage the project dashboard (OKRs), including defining and tracking key metrics.
- Serve as onboarding process owner for the team.
- Act as enterprise PLM process owner, driving development, continuous improvement, training, and support.
- Lead item data change and creation processes, including data load execution and support for LN/Baan upgrades.
- Champion product data quality by leading a committee to audit, report, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Serve as product owner for Aras (PDM system), facilitating enhancements and collaborating with IT, suppliers, and sourcing teams.
- Define and communicate performance metrics for change services; ensure accountability to targets.
- Foster a high-performance culture with strong morale and team engagement.
- Manage budget performance and participate in the budgeting process.
- Secure necessary resources—people, technology, and capital—to meet business needs and improvement goals.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and support continuous improvement of change management services.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing direct reports.
- 5–10 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or data processing.
- Strong understanding of the extended value stream and familiarity with systems supporting product design and delivery (e.g., AutoDesk, Aras, CPQ, ERP, MES).
- Proven ability to navigate complex, cross-functional processes.
- Broad knowledge of Andersen products.
- Service-oriented with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of successful process improvement initiatives.
- Skilled in coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Experience in employee performance management.
