Join McKesson’s Financial Services and Solutions (FSS) organization as a Senior Payment Manager, where we serve as strategic business partners creating value, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance. As a leader in FSS, you’ll manage a high-impact team responsible for over $900 billion in annual payments, while growing professionally in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 9 local contributors and 5 BPO associates managing vendor disbursements, travel & expense reimbursements, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide vendor payment processing and travel & expense solutions.
  • Administer corporate and purchasing card programs, ensuring compliance with Buy Smart, Send Smart and T&E policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Treasury and Sourcing & Procurement.
  • Engage and drive performance with our BPO partner, GenPact.
  • Select, develop, and mentor talent, fostering a high-performance culture and sustaining ILEAD principles.

Qualification & Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or Management experience

Preferable Skills & Experience

  • 4-year degree or equivalent relevant business experience
  • 3+ years in a Finance Operations or Shared Services environment
  • 2+ years leading a team of employees
  • Experience with treasury management systems and financial institution portals
  • Familiarity with SAP, PeopleSoft, Concur, and/or JD Edwards
  • Strong prioritization, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated success in building high-performance teams
  • Experience in interviewing and selecting top talent
  • Knowledge of corporate card and purchasing card administration
