Description

The Senior Analyst role will be an integral part of the Shared Services Consolidated reporting and Automation Team. In this role as Senior Analyst, you will report to the Lead Director of the team.

Senior Analyst, FP&A – Finance Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Creating measures to ensure accuracy and consistency in the reporting processes.
  • Being a key member of the team working to automate reporting.
  • Creating standard and new reporting packages as needed.
  • Being a resource for the Shared Services FP&A Teams in understanding results and reporting as well as calendar deliverables.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and reporting.
  • Allocations liaison to broader Shared Services Team and Segments.

Qualification & Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years Finance experience and high level of comfort with variance analysis for different timeframes and scenarios.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with above-average formatting skills. Must know how to do formulas and pivot tables in Excel.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of financial data.
  • Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects based on strict calendar expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SAP and Oracle-based systems.
  • Financial Reporting experience.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to synthesize large amounts of data.
  • Strong communication skills – oral and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to create partnerships across large enterprises and across different levels of the organization.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required or equivalent years of related professional work experience.
