Description

spearhead Lucanet’s customer migration initiatives as we position ourselves as a leading provider of software for the Office of the CFO. Reporting directly to the CRO, this role will lead a cross-functional taskforce team comprising members from Account Management, Partner Sales, Marketing, Technical Cloud Operations (TCO), and Professional Services, with strong collaboration with the Product team. The primary focus will be driving the migration of customers to the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform, including existing customer base migration across solutions (with focus on Consolidation & Financial Planning, Disclosure Management and Tax Compliance & Reporting) and migration of customers acquired from other vendors.

This role combines direct customer interaction and strategy development with strong cross-functional leadership, ensuring seamless customer transitions that drive Lucanet’s growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the cross-functional taskforce team responsible for customer migrations to the Lucanet CFO Solution Platform
  • Develop comprehensive migration strategies and execution plans for different customer segments (including customers acquired from other vendors); create compelling migration events around “carrots & sticks”
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to identify and address technical barriers to migration and influence the product roadmap to facilitate smoother transitions
  • Work closely with Professional Services, TCO & partners to manage delivery capacity and ensure customer satisfaction with support of the Customer Success teams
  • Collaborate with the customer & product marketing team to create campaigns supporting the migration objectives
  • Monitor (and establish) KPIs to measure migration success, customer satisfaction, and business impact
  • Provide regular reporting on migration progress, challenges, and wins to the CRO and executive leadership team

Qualification & Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles including Sales, software implementation, Management Consulting or Customer Success
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities balanced with tactical execution skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa
  • Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on maintaining satisfaction throughout migration processes
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance measurement
  • Fluent in the German language, excellent English skills.
  • Experience with financial software or SaaS platforms highly desirable
